Food Distribution: Our Choice Marketplace is open by appointment only; each guest may receive up to one appointment per month, based on availabilty. All appointments can be scheduled between the hours of 9:30 am and 2:30 pm (Monday through Friday). Every Wednesday we have additional late night shopping appointments scheduled between 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm.
Benefits Application Support: Our Application Support Services are available between 9:30 am and 4:00 pm (Monday through Friday).
Please note that CUMAC is closed the first Friday of every month ("Wellness Fridays"), as well as every Friday in July ("Summer Fridays").

You must live in Passaic County to register for CUMAC support. New guests may register for support between the hours of 10:00 am and 12:00 pm (Monday through Friday).
When registering, you must bring:
A photo ID for each individual in your household you need to shop for
Proof of address in Passaic County
(example: rent/lease bill, utility bill).
If you are unable to shop regularly but would like to designate a proxy, ask staff for more details during your registration.

For your convenience, we prefer to reschedule appointments via email or text message at the end of the work day.

Yes, we have staff who speak Spanish, Bangladeshi, Arabic, and Filipino.

No, we only serve Passaic County residents, but we will be happy to help you find food or helpful resources in the county where you reside.

We will try to help you submit fully completed applications and utilize our full-loop navigation team to get outcomes as soon as possible.
Please bring as many documents as possible from the list below:
Identification for everyone in your household (Driver's License, Birth Certificate, passport)
Proof of residence and monthly housing cost (lease, rental agreement, rent receipt, mortgage statement, property tax bills)
Proof of all earned income (last 4 paystubs, employer letter, recent tax records)
Proof of all unearned income (benefits award letters)
Proof of resources (bank statements, assets: house deed, car title)
Social Security numbers for everyone in your household
Proof of immigration status (for non-citizens bring an I-94 or I-551/Green Card)
Proof of student status (for college students if they live in your house with you)
Proof of any additional costs to your family, such as: Phone and utility cost, childcare costs, adult daycare costs, medical expenses, medical debt
Child support paid or received by a person in your household

Please go to the Mobile Unit page on our website and utilize the QR code or link to register for a mobile food distribution closest to you!
Note: we cannot provide you with food from our marketplace and our mobile unit within the same month.
